Access 24
Access 24 lets you get information on your deposit or loan accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s quick and easy to use, there is no limit to the number of calls you can make, and there is no charge for this service!
Access 24 covers:
Deposit Accounts
Available balance, available line of credit, current interest rate, CD term, interest rate accrued but not paid, year-to-date interest earned, account history information (including checks cleared and specific check numbers), amount of last deposit, and amount of last withdrawal or automatic debit.
Loan Accounts
Principal balance, payment amount, current interest rate, year-to-date interest paid, current payoff, interest paid previous year. You can now access all of your accounts with a single account sign on. This allows you to transfer more easily between your accounts.
How to use Access 24
Call 209-929-1200 or toll-free 1-800-399-2265 and listen carefully to the menu selections to choose the option that will allow you to access the deposit or loan account information you need. There is also an option to speak with a Customer Service Representative during normal business hours.
